  • How is cashback paid?

    Cashback is paid for each minute of incoming calls. Use the app to link up a free Febo.mobi number and receive incoming calls from your friends and colleagues. You will get €0.1 on your app account for each minute of a call, if you use a FEBO.mobi e-SIM; and €0.05, if you use other internet providers. You can use this money to buy internet traffic or to make outgoing international calls.

  • Can I use a Febo.mobi e-SIM in any country?

    Yes, our e-SIM is available in any country both for calls and the Internet.

  • Can I use the purchased Internet traffic in different countries?

    Of course, our traffic packages are designed for you to travel in any direction and use them in different countries. Our packages are divided into 7 Zones. You use one package while travelling from country to country within one Zone. The packages also remain valid for their whole period, even though you start your journey in the US and end in Thailand.

  • Why do I need the Incognito mode in the app?

    When you connect a Febo.mobi number, you can use it both for incoming and outgoing calls. If you don’t want your Febo.mobi number identified, you can turn on the Incognito mode just by tapping its button on the Home screen.

  • How do I find out the exact cost of a call?

    You can check out your call cost in the Tariff Rates section of the app. Just enter the country in the search field. Additionally, you can check out the exact cost of a call by dialing the phone number in the Calls section.
